Neda Najibi’s can-do positive attitude is contagious, energizing and crowns her with the title of go-getter. She has 15 plus years experience in both the media and corporate world. Her media career launched in 1995 when she covered Ross Perot’s visit to Los Angeles and her story along with her colleagues made them recipients of the Edward R. Murrow Award.

In the corporate arena, Neda successfully launched campaigns for Dell Computer Corporation and has received several accolades from Michael Dell for her contributions to BPI (Business Process Improvement) aka Six Sigma. (She received three awards for her outstanding and excellent contributions to World Quality Day).

Neda’s ability to create lasting relationships afforded her the ability to connect individuals with one another throughout the world resulting in several business ventures. In 1999, she founded Wonderful Event Planning and offered event and tradeshow consulting and planning, that same year she launched Najibi Communications. In 2004 she realized the need to focus on creating winning relationships worldwide and as a result founded Entecho, LLC giving investors in both financial institutions and the private sector the ability to interact.

Neda gives presentations throughout the U.S. on topics ranging from “Defining Your Role in the Community”, “Spiritual Realities in the Workforce”, and Various book readings.
